Glance’s Approach
Glance’s board of directors and management are committed to upholding high standards of corporate governance which reflect not only regulatory requirements but also best practices as recommended by the Canadian Coalition for Good Governance. Our independent directors hold regularly scheduled meetings at which non-independent directors and members of management are not in attendance.
