About the Job

Your role as the Director, Customer Success with Glance Technologies will be to lead the Customer Success discipline for Glance across geographies, including managing the CS team. You understand that creating and enhancing a best in class experience aligned with customer advocacy is essential to the company’s values and mission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Designing and managing the Customer Lifecycle
  • Mapping the customer journey & creating segmentation of customer base
  • Developing customer feedback loops and standardizing engagement points in the journey
  • Identifying opportunities for continuous refinement
  • Managing Customer Success activities such as: onboarding & training of merchants, customer support, customer success management, renewals, cross-sell/up-sell, and advocacy
  • Collaborating with teams across the organization
  • Aligning with other departments, including Sales, Marketing, Product, Development, Finance and others, to improve the customer experience
  • Assigning ownership for each part of the customer journey
  • Reviewing current customer onboarding process and collaborating with other teams to implement change
  • Driving company-wide definition of Ideal Customer and Culture of Customer Success * Aligning goals and activities with Sales and Marketing Departments
  • Providing constructive feedback on prospecting approach
  • Ensuring clear hand-off for client onboarding and engagement
  • Defining CS involvement during sales cycle
  • Taking ownership and tracking key metrics for CS team
  • Researching, selecting, and implementing CSM software to track success metrics

Your role as a Senior Backend .Net Developer with Glance Technologies for an backend programmer role you are expected to have proven experience working with online systems and/or backend technology stacks and databases. Importantly you must also be self-motivated, a strong team player who is proactive and with a personal desire to deliver at the highest standard.

You will be reporting to the Director of Development as a key member of the Development Team. The Senior Backend .Net Developer you will build things you’ve not built before while the Development Team will rely on you to be passionate, focused and a driven developer who isn’t afraid of making decisions quickly and hitting your sprint commitments.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications

  • university degree in computer science or equivalent
  • minimum 3-5 years experience with C#, .Net, ASP.NET, WEB API, Web Services, WCF & MVC

Customer Service Representative & Administrative Assistant

About the Job

Your role as the Customer Service Representative & Administrative Assistant with Glance Technologies will be dynamic and fun as you will exposed to many different projects and activities. Your week will be split between interacting with customers via telephone calls, live chats, and emails and performing administrative duties and coordinating an office. You will be mentored to success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing clients (users and merchants) with exceptional service and education regarding the Glance Pay App
  • Managing and resolving guest compliments and complaints related to the Glance Pay App
  • Keeping oneself up to date about Glance Pay’s new promos, changes, etc.
  • Engage guest inquiries through multi-channel communication (email, live chat, text, telephone)
  • Communicating in a professional manner using positivity, respect, and patience
  • Responding to all company and general inquiries efficiently and effectively
  • Verifying transactions on the Glance Pay App
  • Receiving and screening all inbound visitor, telephone calls, and e-mails to the corporate office; refer and/or redirect calls, e-mails, or visitors as applicable
